Terrific breakfast

I had a pleasant experience, and the staff were extremely helpful and respectful to guests, from what I observed. The food was delicious, and Felipe made room service an exceptional experience. He was polite and never rude, even when I requested service just a few minutes before the restaurant closed. The reception staff were also consistently great and polite. The only issue I must mention is that the pool needs to be cleaned more often and requires more attention from the restaurant staff. All other facilities were good and met my expectations. I will certainly continue recommending Oro Verde Hotel to family and friends.
